Precision Flow: A Pre-Trade Checklist for Forex and Gold

Weekly → Daily → H4 alignment, AOI, structure confirmation, emotion gate, and 1:2 R:R minimum — the Precision Flow framework serious traders use before every entry.

Step one is HTF bias alignment across weekly, daily, and H4. Trading against higher-timeframe structure is the fastest way to bleed accounts — Vyronis flags missing alignment as a hard skip.

Step two is your area of interest: supply, demand, or liquidity pool. A setup without a defined AOI is speculation, not a plan.

Step three is confirmation — CHoCH, BOS, or retest at the AOI. Step four is the gate: calm emotion state and at least 1:2 risk-reward. Below 1:2 triggers a warning even when other criteria pass.
